It's a beautiful hotel, nicely decorated - which is a really nice surprise among this level of hotels in Vietnam, and their breakfast is very good. Staff is welcoming and doing their best to provide support.

The smell of humidity and camphor-like remedy they seemingly use was just horrendous. It may be difficult to find a way to get this smell out of the building at this time of the year (it was also raining constantly when we were there), but it was genuinely affecting our stay in the room (whenever we were inside).

The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of local food as well as international standards. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldnt have been better. We also attended a New Year Gala which was so special.

Perfect choice

Best hotel we stayed in during our 3 week Vietnam trip. Amazing breakfast, very friendly employees, free sauna and steam bath. Beautiful hotel.

There was an employee at the reception who was clearly very sick. Loud coughing & very funny nose. This is not a nice way to be greeted.

Location of the hotel is close to everything but quite enough. Its beautifully decorated but very homely hotel . Staff is so nice and polite . Good quality breakfast.

Great experience but I will look around for similar options next time.

Quaint little hotel near Hoi An old town. Staff are friendly and speak English well. We were able to use the free hotel bicycle rental to ride around but traffic can be a bit chaotic. Theres a nice pool but we didnt have time to use it.

One of our rooms hair dryer didnt work well. Found it a little expensive. On top of our rooms, we have to pay extra per night for additional beds.
