The room was perfect and as described. It was also very close to the old centre of Bordeaux. Dominique, the lovely owner, had very little English but between us we managed. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic

I had a wonderful stay at Alienor. The owner is a very sweet and kind lady. She does not speak English, but she understands English, and that was perfect for me. Apartment is close to the tram station for easy commute. Do not hesitate to book Alienor for your stay, you will also definitely have a wonderful time.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

tastefully furnished, very quiet, Veronique made me feel very welcomed. my room was very comfortable. Veronique has the most beautiful girl dog.

the entrance does not provide for shelter from the rain and if I remembered correctly the lighting could be improved at the front door.

Pleasant, comfortable room within easy distance of the centre of town. There are only two rooms available on the property and the lady who runs it is very nice, friendly and helpful. It had everything I needed.

This is very minor, but for some reason I didn't have a remote for the aur conditioning on the first night. However, the owner brought it to me the next day and it definitely helped as it was very warm. This is only a very minor issue like I say, otherwise it was a great stay.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Very accessible to the centre of the city with an easy, short walk across the river. Very friendly owner with a cute little dog to welcome me when I arrived. A Kettle was provided in the room, for the essential morning cuppa.

Tres tres tres bien!

This hotel is very near to the Tramway A Stalingrad station. The room is comfortable. And there are many traveling books and maps in the room. Madam is very kind. And Madam's pet dog Yuki is so cute. This hotel is a warm home in Bordeaux.
