Good location . Great pool area with plenty of loungers. Drinks good value for money . Entertainment ok but nothing great .

Food terrible . Not enough choice , Luke warm , busy restaurant. Had to eat out most nights as the 3 times we went everyone came out hungry. Family room was big but a bit outdated . We had 2 separate small balconies that didnt get the son and only seated 2 which was no use as 3 of us in the room . My Sons room was very new and had a great balcony and when I asked if we could get one beside them I was given a room half the size and the balcony was on opposite side so sheltered from sun therefore we stayed where we were .

Location and pool area

A few of the staff were very abrupt and rude especially viktor on reception Bedding in the room wasnt changed at all despite been a 4 star hotel. Hotel food was ok basic and never was hot.

A fifty fifty view on our experience

Room and balcony overlooking pools were great Central to most attractions if needed

All inclusive wasnt exactly that! Ltd choice on drinks so we hardly benefited from that Poor selection of lunch and dinner, theres only so much breakfast items any hotel can provide for but at least use decent bacon as it was like leather. We ate very little in the hotel so we definitely didnt benefit from all inclusive Inconsistent items in the room, coffee machine isnt our fav but only 1 cup left in the room for 2 of us Room was made up regularly but very little cleaning of the balcony floor or table 15 deposit/towel Dont mind 5 for deposit box Fridge wasnt cool enough for our overnight water and milk Often we had a whiff of sewage/stale water blowing over in the evenings from the ditch to the left of the hotel, that was a put off especially prior to meal time

Nice hotel but horrible stay due to neighbouring clubs and dicos

Friendly Staff, Nice pool area, hotel located across the beach.

Across the hotel is a disco/club/bar (Veronicas) complex with extremely loud music at night. That starts around 10 pm and gets louder and louder. Even with closed windows/balcony doors it is not possible to have a good night sleep, the bass is shaking the room. We could not sleep through one single night. The last morning when we had to go to the airport we asked the hotel to hire a taxi for us. After waiting for 20 minutes we asked where the taxi would be and received the answer that less taxis would be available. After ten more minutes we figured out that the road is closed due to a march and no car could come close to the hotel. The staff didn't seem to be interested in this.

In general, I believe there are much better hotels in the region and never going back there again.

I liked the following: + Pool area is very nice and with warm water. Liked the shallow part of the pool for kids to play in. + Staff is friendly + Location in terms of that the hotel is near to a great beach.

Disliked the following: - The nightclub near the hotel was playing extremely loud music almost every night until 3, 4 or 5 a.m.. Room not very soundproof. Not the greatest experience at all :( - Bed was not very comfortable. - Although we booked a family room and stayed with kids then we found out that the kids are not welcome to the hotel spa when we tried to visit the spa. Didn't know that before and I don't think this is mentioned in the hotel description. - The hotel has a nice kids playroom with different activities, but the room was open only for half an hour every evening at 9 p.m. Ridiculous! - Wifi was rather slow.
