Most enjoyable time .

Lovely old building very conveniently situated.

It would have been helpful if there had been a place to sit while consuming something from thr machine before going to the bedroom.

Would not stay there again

Excellent location. Walkable to everything.

First room was smelly and the shower flooded the whole bathroom, room floor was dirty. Second room did not smell good either. Front staff, particularly Rodrigo was not very helpful or courteous.

A good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights in thus fantastic city

Location is great, though arrival by car is complicated. Room is reasonable and okay.

Breakfast us very simple, many stairs and bathroom could be bigger and more comfortable.

In the centre of Siena with tasty breakfast.

I stayed there second time. In the centre of Siena, good value for money, with tasty breakfast. Good option for Via Francigena stop.

Passable

The location is the best, we could know everything just by walking, buses and transportation are very close.

Very bad communication, the property never responded some questions that I sent them previously my trip. The faucet in the bathroom didn't work properly. The breakfast was poor.
