Very poor

Photos must be 10 years out of date. Nothing like. Breakfast room dirty shack. Arranged a 3am check in but place was locked up. Took 20 minutes to get let in.

Good value for one night

Breakfast was very basic. Toast with two fried eggs and jam with small coffee. Website offered free pick up from airport but was told in advance that they could not.

Clean, friendly.

Staff friendly and accomodating. Room was good, lovely gardens and pool.

Western breakfast can be improved. Transport options lacking. Not enough water pressure, very slow shower and toilet took a very long time to fill.

Avoid! Very dirty hotel.

Leaving the hotel.

Everything, it was filthy rundown property. The breakfast was terrible full of flies. Worse hotel I have everest stayed having been to over 30 countries - avoid.

Quiet, handy to airport

Loved waking up in quiet location with decent pool and nice green outlook. Friendly manager and staff, felt semi-rural yet so close to airport with free airport shuttle.

Very good

Welcome tired visitors

Very close to the airport and they provided a ride to the hotel included . The breakfast was typical Sri Lankan with fantastic eggs. Fruit fresh from the tree and happy to give us extra helpings. Friendly staff and welcome juice and filtered water in the rooms.

Accommodation was a little tired but everything worked except we couldn't get any hot water for shower.
