our stay was short but sweet.

The shuttle bus pick up was excellent, Staff at the hotel were hospitable, the comfort of our room including cleanliness was exceptional. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who will have a transit or even a long stay.

Going to make sure pools are heated before I ever reserve a room again.

Staff were great. The food at the restaurant was really good. Vending and ice on every floor was a great convenience and thanks for the free charging for our van.

The pool was big and beautiful but freezing. Room carpets were dirty. My kid spilled water and after drying it w your white towel I was grossed out.

Liked how the location is right next to the airport, convenient for few hours layover

The fact that there was no staff to help bring our luggage to our room and the luggage cart was not in great condition so it took a while to get to our room from one building to the other. Other than that, room was great, perfect location and the receptionists were very kind

The hotel staff gave us a room in another building. I requested her to get us the room in the same since I was traveling alone and had lot of luggage and a toddler but she said she was sold out. we check in into the room and saw a big cockroach in the bathroom! how disgusting! I went back to the reception area for room change. they did ask me if I wanted one and the same building(same building). looks like suddenly in sometime the main building rooms opened up!! not clean, staff very rude, 40$ for parking, will never come back.

With all the violence going on I wish the property had more securities on site especially at night.
