Poor

Can't really think of a single thing I liked.

It seems to be run by students who really do not want to help at all. There's obviously no management on the premises. The A/C is nothing more than a weak fan. The towels are stained. It's location is amid squalor with rats and cock roaches numerous in the evening. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Clean and quiet place, with lift

The place was clean and quiet, amenities were ok.

There was a small cockroach. The place is not very accessible although there's public transportation available, like tricycle & jeepney aside from taxi. It is also not very near the center of everything - like mall, church, train station.
