Very good

Very pleasant and I would book again because the location was great too.

The location was perfect as it was more calm and less touristic in the area. We felt very safe and the place and neighbours were clean and quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool upstairs was clean and peaceful.

Well if I had to write minor criticism. They had a coffee machine which I loved but they gave two prepared filter packages and after two days I was looking in grocery stores everywhere and couldnt find any. Would be nice if they stocked up but understand thats not the standard. So all I do is criticise myself for not asking hahaha

Overall, I enjoyed staying at this property and would recommend for the price and location.

I liked that it was convenient to 5th street and to the beach. I liked the free chair tickets at Martinas. I liked the full kitchen. It was clean and modern. Plenty of room in my little apartment.

The beds are way too hard, and you can hear everything that happens in the hallways.

Nice Hotel to stay in Playa del Carmen

The Hotel is very nice located. It is right around the corner of 5th ave, but not right in the party center of it. So you can easy reach everything - but it is not to crowded and loud at night. The next beach is reached within a 5 min walk. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with a pool and all the staff is very friendly and kind.

The Hotel was a bit hard to find, the adress provided in the booking was not the correct one. But when you search for Ah Xok Suites on Google Maps you find the correct location. The shower has not that much pressure and takes long to drain, but thats a common thing in Mexico.

Everything. Like a studio apt. We were able to cook on the little stove top. A noisy restaurant/bar was under our balcony, but there was a door between the sitting and sleeping area, so we were able to shut out the noise. The location was great, at the very beginning of 5th Ave so we could easily enjoy the activities while avoiding the main noise. The staff were amazing. Kind, helpful people, fluent in English. The housekeepers were sweet and thoughtful. Wonderful little apartment in beautiful Mexico!

Good location but noisy rooms/hallway

Location was perfect located at the beginning of the 5th Avenue, without noise from the streets and nearby all restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and the shower was good. The bed was ok.

A lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. The bedroom is located next to the hallway and therefore the door. The door is made out of wooden panels that do not close properly and is therefore not sound proof. So everything from the hallway (noise, music and other people coming back at 4AM) was heard and we woke up multiple times from the noise. In the morning the staff woke us up from doing their cleaning service. So tip to the hotel, change the doors or make them more soundproof.

Very Nice stay at the hotel, the staff was very helpful the location was perfect even if it was very close from the main street the room is quiet The little welcome package is very cute.

The only thing is we miss a little table and chairs to enjoy the balcony
