The service was amazing and staff are very friendly. The hotel has beautiful interior and definitely recommend it. The breakfast was also amazing.

The air-conditioner was not working and it was very difficult to sleep at night .

We chose the hotel due to its close vicinity to the tram stop and ease of access to the airport via the tramway.

Good location very close to Tram station. Simple room with minimalistic design.

Deluxe room with the bath is a bit cramped and room got heated up when the bath was in use.

It was okay

Staff was friendly and helpful. Always kept the room clean, but when youre in the room and put the dnd sign on it the door the cleaner lady still entered the room thank god we was in bed covered.

The darkness of the place with the lack of enough lighting. The food also wasnt very up to standard for me but everything else was okay.

Have stayed at this hotel many times throughout the years and are always pleased with the personel at check in counter and restaurant. Can't be much better and looking forward to next stay :)

Stylish room, great people, great public area, super instagrammable, food is delicious, love the breakfast options and other dining options. The hotel is right at the main road so easy access to buses, taxi and metro. Valuable room rate

The emergency of a hospital is nearby so you could hear ambulance sometimes and once my family heard people crying..
