Superb

Would stay again but would make sure that the room we booked matched the room we got.

Great location, close to shops, train, bus and tram. A few food outlets around, especially in the train station. Walking distance to the older section of Munich. A coffee shop adjoined the hotel.

Not convinced we got the room we booked but we were satisfied with the room they gave us.

Overall a good stay however a little disappointed room clean was not carried out

Good sized rooms and great location. Cooking facilities in room also. Check in and out was very easy

One of our rooms was not cleaned despite a request after it was missed the day prior. Given we were there for 9 nights it was not cleaned once

Great location and comfortable , spacious clean room . Really nice staff over the road in the main hotel.

room could be very hot sometimes and also needed to go over to main hotel for a corkscrew .

No Wifi password in the room. Security couldn't tell me the password. QR code didn't work. Stuck in room without WiFi.

Very good

Great sized room, clean on arrival. Great location.

The bed was quite hard, both bookings I had made due to cancellation of flights were for a room with a balcony. However this did not happen on both bookings.
