Leisure activities for everyone. We played tennis and mini golf. Evening program with live music till 11 pm. Swimming pools. Separate adventure park for kids. Ocean View. Attention. All Inclusive option to choose.

Best hotel with kids, but very old rooms and common area

The facilities are great especially for kids, the infinity pool, the water park , the kids club were all amazing . The fact you have play area in the dinning area is great. HEVEAN for kids

The property neglect to show in the pictures how old the rooms and lobby and common area of the hotel, I must say its very depressing lobby and bar . This needs a serious upgrade . The beds were not comfortable or at a 5 star level including sheets and linen.

The food for vegetarian was not the best. Same bfast options everyday, so you are tired by day 3/4 of seeing the same food. But food was not a deal breaker at all. Loved everything about the place!!

Nice clean hotel with good amenities and great food.

Everything was great. Nice room, large balcony, decent gym.

We wanted to play ping pong, but the area is closed until 10am, which is not convenient. I do not see the reason why it cannot be used earlier.

A pleasant stay with some reservations

The hotel is in a very pleasant position, its very accessible and the rooms have good sea view.

As a middle aged couple, we found ourselves a little crowded-out by young families with very young and loud babies - even in the adults only areas. Also found the dinner buffet difficult to navigate due to a lack of dietary information and invariably different staff would suggest different ingredients.

Great hotel, would recommend

Beautiful hotel with great open space design, very clean rooms and outdoor area, one heated pool with salt water ideal for swimming even in coldish weather, and the other non-heated with still water also great.

Perfect location and restaurant/bar staff, need an update/restyling, poor wi-fi and horrible reception desk staf

Location Staff in the restaurant and bars always friendly and helpful

1) Staff at reception: really unprofessional!! It was clear from our arrival till the end of our stay that we were treated as second class guests as we didnt book the room directly at their website or through an agency but via booking.com. 2) wi-fi: there is absolutely no full property coverage. Only in the bedroom internet was well most of the time. The reception staff told us to hope that it would work. 3) its from 2009 that we visit this hotel and its not anymore a 5 star hotel. Its outdated and a lot of things that before were perfect now are not (example food quality, variety and level )
