We were not provided with coffee capsules although we were told they should have been provided on a daily basis. Bar was closed at 11pm which was early in our opinion.

Really enjoyed, good crowd guests probably do B& B next time

Location, warm pool, manicured gardens, comfortable bedroom & great bathroom en-suite. Pleasant staff

Entertainment was poor other than couple of shows. Drinks were too expensive. Evening dinners- main course disjointed with displays so by the time you found say vegetables or potatoes youre meal was cold

Amazing food, so much choice , good value, room very comfortable, pool excellent and sun beds well positioned, complimentary towels made it very easy , extremely clean, gardens beautiful , staff great

A very comfortable and relaxing break with winter sunshine.

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room and fiendly staff

Please ask reception to advise guests at check in that you cannot reserve sunbeds. There was a very ugly scene when a German lady was very rude and abusive to the female pool attendant when her towels were removed after a lengthy time. She was abusive to other guests who tried to help. I know there are signs but some people don't read them.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful hotel, and it wont be our last. Its a slice of paradise. The cleaning staff are really kind and do an amazing job, as do all the staff- they really go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need and feel at home. The pool is so peaceful, youd never know you were in the heart of a busy area of Costa Adeje, yet you can walk out the back entrance of the hotel right to all the bars/ restaurants and the beach! The bed is huge and really comfy, and we especially love filling up on the delicious hotel breakfast. We love it here, its the perfect base while we drive around the island, exploring the varied and beautiful Tenerife.
