Disappointing

The location. The bed.

Access to the room because the lift was at the opposite end of a large complex. Alternate access involved 2 ramps up from the car park through a locked door, followed by two flight of stairs. The noise from the upstairs tenants travelled through the floor. This apartment was filthy. I don't blame the cleaners for this as it is probably management not giving them enough time to do their job.

Could have been excellent if the beds were a bit more clean.

Location was perfect. Had all amenities. Good for the price.Friendly reception.

Bedding were not that clean. Found lots of hairs and dirt on the inner bed sheets.

Indoor pool was really good, so close and walkable to shops and restaurants, receptionist was very hospitable and helpful, overall had a lovely stay! Thank you

The location is absolutely perfect

The linen is not clean . They really need to clean the mattress protractors and doonas. Apartment in general is dated and there were stains in sofas and mattress protectors , etc

Not satisfied.

Location was good, was reasonably clean, apartment was of decent size.

No longer has a spa bath and the sauna does not work. A fire alarm was set off and nobody had access to the fire panel an obvious safety hazard, was over 30min before the alarm was shut off , it was over 20min before anyone from the complex was contactable, fire brigade was very pleasant and good with the kids while waiting. Work being undertaken on maintenance new roof on buildings, work was underway before 7am.

The position where everything you require was nearby.

It felt very wore and run down. We could not find a roll of toilet paper or a box of tissues and had to go purchase more. The toilet paper was less than half a roll. 1 very small carten of milk there were 5 staying? Mold round the glass in the shower.

Mostly everything the room was gorgeous the bed was super comfortable

Couldn't cast my phone to the TV or connect my Hotspot to it so we could watch Netflix and/or YouTube and service for telstra is horrible but in saying that's not Adinas doing

The location was central overall.

There was no warning that the facility was undergoing renovation. Then to find our that our unit was in the middle of the scaffolding was nearly unacceptable. The manager even charged 10 dollars per day for parking.
