Nice but coyld have been better

The location was really good and most of the staff were helpful and extremely nice.

The AC was not working in the room and I had no way to contact the front desk about it other than leaving the apartment and going down there myself. I attempted calling them from my phone but the lady that answered me was not helpful at all and kept saying that she cannot do anything about the AC not working and would fix it in the morning (after I check-out). I was tired, had a flight to catch in the morning, and had no air at all in the bedroom!

We stayed here on a family of 7 vacation.The staff were so sweet and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Newer hotel right beside a tram stop and bus stop. Very clean, well equipped and well kept.

A bit far from from things but also very close to public transportation

Great!

The staff were friendly and helpful.. I loved the chic minimal decor of our 2 bedroom apartment.

Ran out of tissue paper and didnt know how to use the coffee machine. Everything else was great.

Superb

Perfect place if you go to CERN and Geneva center

Fully equipped studio - Very well located (10min to CERN, 20min to center of Geneva - tram 18) - Grocery shop at 5 min walk. Staff and esp. Rachid for his commitment and good will.

Heating system was not working during our stay - Staff provided a small heater in the room. However, we got a compensation for the prejudice.

Loved it. Would stay here again

The hotel staff were very friendly and responsive. There is a small 24 hour fitness center, the studio came with a washing machine, refrigerator and even a small dishwasher. No microwave but thats fine. It was nice that they even give you small packets of laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets, which was super convenient. I loved the view (10th floor) and it was very quiet. Beds were so comfortable.

The location is very close to the airport but a bit difficult to get around. I went to Geneva for work and the commute was horrible, and no easy connections. I wish there were a little more variety to the machines at the fitness center. I stayed for a week and sometimes the cleaning crew didnt give me fresh towels but maybe thats because I was staying longer.

Nice hotel, with excellent service and personnel. Big rooms and adequately furnished.

The room and bathroom were cold, we couldn't heat up to a pleasant temperature. Amenities were missing in the bathroom. Breakfast choices could have been more extensive. For example, decaf coffee or camomile tea were not available, or sausages.
