Very good

Great dive center and comfortable hotel.

We stayed here as we wanted to dive, and the dive instructors are excellent. The room is very comfortable. there is excellent snorkeling right in front of the hotel.

Its a bit far from anything else to do on the island, and the beach is quite rocky so its a challenging place to just hang out. I wouldnt recommend staying longer than two or three nights if youre planning to do anything else besides dive. Be extra wary of sand flies at dusk. We were traveling with a five-year-old and I wouldnt say this particular area is very kid friendly due to the beach conditions and the lack of a swimming pool.

Right by the water, spacious room, very comfortable bed. For Tioman accommodation, definitely a nice one. Breakfast place right next to it, buffet and always a nice table by the water

I guess communication, was the main problem. Before arrival I was texting the hotel which also operates a scuba diving center, that I would like to do scuba. Since we didnt know what days we will be there, I asked if I can also book some dives upon arrival. We get there and the lady at the reception tells me they are booked out for scuba, during our stay. So, as a guest of a dive hotel, I had no other option than to look for another dive center. Next thing, they had a Halloween party and buffet at the first night of our stay. We didnt get any info about the party and definitely no invitation for that buffet. I asked the owner if we could join, and he told us that they sent an email to all the guests, which we definitely didnt get! He continues to say it is not possible to join since we didnt sign up for the buffet and to go eat somewhere else. After finding dinner, we could join them for drinks. This is the first hotel ever that had sent their own guests away, excluding them from an event specifically for hotel guests. Third thing, theres no noise isolation in the rooms whatsoever. The Halloween party went up to 2am that night. People at the party were shouting without consideration to other guests. We could hear them all the way to our room even though we were towards the back of the property and on the second floor. Lastly, the reception has opening hours from 7am to 5pm, but from the three times we went, two times nobody was there

Dont come to ABC beach unless you go diving

Clean rooms

Some of the staff members werent very nice .. the beach is rocky but thats our fault we didnt do a proper research.. if you are after beaches I recommend the next beach Salang. More chilled vibes but its also more quiet and completely dead in off season.. B&J hotel is the only place that has a bar with alcohol.. overall all ok but we were disappointed with the beach

The initial guy at check-in was rather curt and didn't make us feel overly welcome....The safe didn't work so the guy said another would be delivered but never came.

Great to connect with nature.

Room is clean and beds are very comfortable. They provide very good cold and hot water outside of the room which is great before you head to your day. Air conditioner is very potent.

There must be better options to dive in Malaysia.

Well equiped room

To commercial, especially the dive center. No connection with the guests and poor quality materials. The rooms where fibe but breakfast at the nearby restaurant was terrible, as where the options to have lunch or diner.
