Relax and comfort

Lovely helpful staff. Glorious pool. Delicious food. I loved it! I was alone but the smiling staff were very courteous. It was also convenient to a supermarket and mall and although not convenient to Marrakech old town, Id say its a near enough option. For those who want a hotel resort situation, I think it is excellent.

A couple of noisy nights.. probably nothing to do with the hotel other than there was a really noisy nightclub going on somewhere nearby until 4 in the morning..

Breakfast was great! Location was super!

Front desk not responsive at all. Failed to give us a wake-up call at all! Manager at front desk just shrugged when I reported that to him and then walked away!!!

Nice gardens and large territory.

The door to balcony was broken and it was very noisy. After multiple complaints they changed the room. The first room didnt have the hangers, bathrobe and tea kettle with tea set, the second did, but the tea bags were never replaced. The outside pool was super cold, not heated and therefore not possible to use. Inside the gym, poll and spa are in need of renovation.
