Beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and the staff were amazing!

An absolutely beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina. Every floor has cozy corners to hang out, and all are uniquely decorated in beautiful Moroccan colours & materials. Murad & Mohammed were so helpful and kind. Thank you! We will come back and stay here the next time we are in Marrakesh

A superb Riad in an ideal location with friendly, helpful staff.

Very generous breakfast. Each day bread rolls and two kinds of jam with pikelets, pancakes and a pastry. Sometimes fruit or omelette. Coffee and juice. There was always someone on hand to answer the door when we came back to the Riad. It was sunny and warm, even in early December and we made use of the sitting area on the rooftop. We needed our boarding passes printed and the staff were very happy to help us with this. Our flight home was in the evening, and we had to check out by 12 noon, but they were very happy for us to relax as long as we wanted in the lounge area.

A very warm welcome, including mint tea. Absolutely wonderful hosts. Morad was very kind. All staff are fantastic. Cannot recommend this riad enough. It's fabulous. Looking forward to returning for a few days before we go home on the 19th Dec.

Fabulous Riad

Very friendly. Polite and helpful staff, who are very welcoming. Good communication. Very clean. Breakfast was very filling. Fabulous location, easy walk to all sites of interest. Great value. Taxi service was great, very useful, as we were met from the cab and guided to the Riad. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the evening.

Do NOT stay here

Rooms are pretty but not authentic. Shower is hot but takes some time to warm up. Rooftop terrace is nice, but no view on the city. Clean.

Do NOT stay here! Cleaners came into our room before we checked out and moved our stuff to the side to already clean up for the next guests, even after we asked them not to enter or clean the room and after we already told them we would be checking out at 11:30 (which we did and is allowed). So after we came back after leaving in the morning we were very disappointed, especially because the room door was left open so everyone could have entered the room and touch or steal our stuff. We dont appreciate our stuff being touched, moved into a corner and left in our room unlocked with the door open. We told the lady of the Riad what happened and she kept saying it is normal for them to already enter and clean the room before people check out. They didnt acknowledge their fault at all. They were not worried about anyone stealing anything because they have cameras (which does not bring our stuff back if anything would have happened but ok). After checking out, the owner kept messaging, calling and stalking me to leave a good review, up to weeks after leaving the Riad. Do not appreciate them using my phone number and harrassing me like that, especially after their bad service. Besides: breakfast is not amazing, parking is 20 minutes walk and expensive, wifi does not always work perfect, bed is a bit hard, room is small, riad is a bit noisy

The Riad is absolutely gorgeous and amazing! Located very close to the center of the Medina and with easy access to the main square. The staff of the riad is also super kind! I will definitely come back.

The Riad is very nice and has very confortable rooms and chillout spots on the rooftop or near the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is delicious.

We booked this Riad cause we wanted to stay at a place close to the medina that has spa and welness services. However, even though it says those two are part of the amenities, it turned out that all of those services are for extra charge and outside the property.
