Location, interior design

The rooms were so hot and there was no way to cool the rooms except opening the window which resulted noise from the street and we didnt sleep all 4 nights. I asked reception and there was no solution possible. Also we needed a doctor which they didnt have an on call doctor to call as one of our children needed medical attention.

Amazing hotel, defo recommend !

Location was perfect , hotel was spotless , bed enormous and very comfy.

Just needed more storage space in the room like cupboards for clothing .

We were treated especially well all the way through. A memorable stay.

We received a surprise upgrade to a suite, which was very swank. Amazing breakfast. Sophisticated tone-on-tone decor.

Perfectly nice stay.

Very comfortable room and modern room, exactly as pictured. Our cat was made very welcome with his own blanket and food bowls + toy. Breakfast was very good as well. Underground car park for hotel clients only and very secure.

There wasnt always someone at reception and there was no bell or option to ring so I had to wait several times more than 10 minutes to get attended to.
