Good experience

Super Clean, comfortable and easy to get. Nearby you have bus stop to the beaches and restaurants and a big supermarket and this is a big plus in this super expensive area. I recommend it

Your neighbors could be loud and noisy but this is a variable

Ants in the room and shower area, cleaned room only twice I was there 10 days, location is poorly located away from everything, noise from other rooms clearly hear others, toilet seat was insecure, room when I booked it was not the same given to me

Superb

My new favorite go-to in Cancun for those quick staye

The neighborhood is quiet, I felt secured and safe. Loved that it was Roku tv, internet worked great and close to shopping.

I was only about 10 minutes early for check-in, and the key wasn't in the box. When the gal (I believe works there) called, she seemed to not know there was a reservation check-in that day. So I lucked out she was leaving but it would have been super inconvenient if I had missed her because my phone didn't have network.

When spent 6 nights, and we had to pay for toilet paper or new towels! The day we had to leave they knocked many times on the door to be sure we would leave at 11am and they didnt want to call a taxi for us!( we couldnt call with our phone).

Good

It was easy to walk to the center of things, even though it wasn't truly central. There were plenty of food options in walking distance. I never saw the staff, as there really isn't any, so they really leave you alone.

All the instructions were always only in Spanish and it made for some miscommunication.

Good value for price

Nice and cozy room. Good location and friendly staff even though communication was done all in booking messaging. They provide a 2 burner stove and a couple of frying pans.

The room needs more shelves, there are no surfaces other than a tiny desk. The bathroom sink is in a weird shallow shape that every time I opened the tap, water splashed all over the place making everything super wet including tue toilet paper.

Great room, comfortable bed, and good location.

The self checking was easy and straightforward. The room was exactly like in the pictures, clean and the bed was comfortable. The studio is 15 mins walk from Plaza Centro where shops and restaurants are, and 23 mins walk from ADO bus terminal, where the market is very nearby. Riguel, the owner, attended to all my requests and replied to my messages within 20-30 mins. I would recommend Ocano Studios to anyone visiting Cancun.

The wall of the sink is too low, and the sink tap is too high, so water was splashing out everywhere when using the sink. This is just a design thing, but it makes the use of the sink almost impractical.

Very comfortable bed, great location, clean upon arrival.

Ants. No clothing hangers. No reception so had to communicate with the staff through the Booking chat (they were very fast, though). You must take out the trash yourself, yet I had to ask for more trash bags and they didn't come the next day. No toilet paper when I arrived....
