Very good

Very short stay couple

Great room, comfy and big, nice toilet as well with wide shower. Mosquito nets in windows and balcony included. Easy check in at any time of day using codes.

No hair dryer included, hard to take up large bags in those stairs to the first floor. Good location close to centre but not the easiest streets to get to if you have a large heavy bag. Perfect for light travellers.

No regrets

Quiet,clean, private, safe. Good location, close to everything you need. Nice shower, decent bed. The fridge, coffee maker and microwave worked and were very clean. I've traveled for business extensively and it was a first rate room.

The Internet was out while we were there, although the owner did make several efforts to get it working again. The stairs to the top rooms are narrow and would be tough with a big suitcase.

Owner was not helpful at all. No staff. Key to the room did not work during check-in, owner did not even respond until the next morning.

liked everything very much! photos correspond to reality. very comfortable, the room and bathroom were extremely clean!! the snow-white bedding and towels were especially pleasant! the hosts are very nice people, they let us leave our things twice for a couple of hours, free of charge. the apartments are located 10 minutes' walk from the bus station. and a 3-minute walk to the bus stop to go to the beach. everything is at the highest level! if I'm ever in Cancun again, I'll definitely come back to this property again. Unfortunately, I did not take a photo . thank you!!

During our holidays in mexico we stayed there for 3 nights. The check in was super easy. It was within walking distance of the Ado bus station. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. We also felt safe there (we were 2 girls) and there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

the extra costs (Hairdryer, toiletpaper etc.) There was a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Would have been great if dishes and cutlery were available.
