Very good

The most beautiful view and an intimate setting with a nice few restaurants - perfect 3 night stay

Some of the food carts provided by the pool and beach area were cooking meats that may not have been prepared so thoroughly, which gave me food poisoning

Overall, very good indeed. I would go back!

The beach and pool areas are lovely, and the staff are - without exception - helpful and good natured. Comfortable beds, great showers. Catering was excellent and the all inclusive option well worth the money. Excellent gym.

The traffic noise lagoon side. You will need earplugs on the lower floors, but my advice would be to book a pool or sea view (worth it). I thought the lagoon view would make a change, but didnt realise essentially on a highway that has a lot of traffic all night. We changed rooms.

The staff are generally lovely and helpful. The location of the hotel with the access to the beach is great as well. It is within walking distance from the shopping centre which is handy.

Very uncomfortable bed, the bedding and the room in general have funky smell. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. The room is very noisy and doesn't have basics ( slippers/ robe/ kettle / conditioner..etc) The hotel is advertised as 4 stars. I don't think the rooms reflect that.

Everything!

The time share hassle. Wasn't interested, never went there and don't care to participate!. We took a day away from the hotel and one of the ladies "CHECKED US REAL GOOD!!" about leaving the hotel claiming that we are their guest and Must let the front desk know that we were going out on our own because we have to do a presentation with them only, fearing that other prospects will approach us UNBELIEVABLE. another thing our refrigerator was not replenish as was told upon arrival

Nice place, great staff, excellent beach, good value

Staff was very friendly and always helpful. An exceptional section of beach. Spacious and clean. Plenty of places to sit or lay. Modern clean facilities. Rooms were good, much as expected. My room developed a problem and within an hour I was move to another much better room. Food was of good quality.

I would have liked better night entertainment, not much to do at night on location. They did theme night for the food, Italian, asian, etc., but still not a lot of variety, lunch menu did not change. Personally I would have like more authentic Mexican must of the time.

Superb

We had an awesome stay at NYX!! Staff was helpful and friendly!! Beautiful facility!!

The unique architecture was beautiful and gave a real old world vibe. The chairs on the beach were comfy, the room and balcony size were awesome.

The pools were not very big and the shower was tiny in comparison to the room size.

Beautiful beach location

Wasn't as big as other hotels so felt a bit more secluded. Good location and 30 min walk to coco bongos. Got upgraded to a lagoon view room due to availability which was lovely!

Food options weren't great - dishes were left under the hot plate for a while so came out a little cold. However restaurant staff were very good.

Breakfast was good, some fun activities like beach/pool volleyball and yoga

The stay started well when we were given a free upgrade, but our experience was immediately spoiled when we saw that the staff had no courtesy, acted unfriendly, and behaved rudely most of the time. Loud party "in the lobby" until midnight with no consideration if guests are trying to have an early night. Food at the restaurant was well below average. Staff at the breakfast buffet had no interest in helping. I asked two waiters for a coffee at two different times, and I sat there watching them for a good 5 minutes chatting with each other with no intention to serve, I ended up walking to their drinks station and got my own coffee. Management is obviously trying to improve the hotel's quality of service, but the majority of it's employees don't have their hearts in their jobs and act carelessly. Both restaurants we ate at showed no signs of restaurant managers ensuring that staff were maintaining hotel standards. Cups that were used to serve drinks were feral and dirty, we ended up filling bottles with water and avoided using their cups. I wouldn't go there again...
