Hard Rock is not up to standard

The location and beach were excellent, the Japanese restaurant was very good.

The reception, restaurant concierge, and higher level management are very rude and have an F-you attitude. Not accommodating at all. Another huge problem is that by 7am all the beach and pool searing have all been pre booked and unless you are prepared to pay the staff manning these areas you will not get a spot. The beds are very tired and uncomfortable. They also had no idea about customer concerns as they were doing maintenance at 11pm to 12:30. After the 3rd call, they agreed to stop the drilling. 3 lifts that need to be upgraded. The shower was very old and did not have pressure and didn't work without the hand shower working simultaneously. We stayed at the Rui for 5 days first and would choose this resort over the Hard Rock.

Beach is fantastic and food is very good. Also the view from the room was great.

The room we stayed in needs maintenance, some of the staff were rude and the tipping expectation is crazy and terrible.

The stay was amazing. I had a lot of fun. The food was really good also. Staff was nice with giving out directions.

The nightly shows were awesome.

They had scented tissue and scented tissue is not good for a lot of womens PH Balance.

The worse experience we ever have

Was the worse experience we ever had

We want a refund we have all record for all the bad treatment we got from the hard rock. We want to leave the hotel on the second day after the worse treatment we had the first night( we starve because the lady didnt want to give us the bracelet since they didnt have confirmed the rooms yet, the first rooms were a disaster the hall was stinky as trash it was impossible to stay there, then they took over 5 hours to give us the room, we got our final room at almost 11pm and the air condition wasnt working) we really want to leave and we ask for a refund, they threaten that if we leave we will have a penalty and we were force to stay. At the end they make me sign a document with a compensation. A supposedly special dinner that only the member of the hall of fame are allowed to have, on a exclusive terrace with music and a personal chef with a adoc menu, all a fraud, we went to the dinner with the whole family and there was nothing and it was our last night. And on the next day the manager was on a day off and cant talk to us. This is the worse experience we ever had in a hotel supposedly 5 star. We also found a cockroach in our room.
