    Lovely Boutique Hotel in Vienna
    The decor was amazing and really unique, it definitely felt like a boutique hotel. The lobby area was cool and we loved all the little touches such as the old fashioned elevator. Overall we really liked the room, the bed was super comfy. The staff were brilliant (both on reception and at the bar), they were really helpful and friendly. The location was amazing, especially for the Rathaus Christmas Market! Even without this though, we liked the area a lot and it was still close enough to the centre. We thought it was really good value for money, especially considering it was the Christmas season

    The room was dusty in places, and we werent fond of the window between the bathroom and bedroom! The cocktails and bar were very nice, but the prices were high end and didnt reflect our room (to be fair we did choose the smallest/cheapest room in the hotel). This isnt a complaint because the hotel never said it was, but the TV wasnt a smart TV Overall though we really liked the hotel, its just maybe still finding its feet which is understandable. We would definitely stay here again

    The hotel is beautifully decorated and situated near the Austrian Parliament. The staff were friendly and attentive and the breakfast was excellent.
    The walls are not sound-proof.

    We had a most enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel - the staff were helpful and accommodating. Our room was well designed
    The ambience and the well designed spaces.
    It was difficult to control the room temperature - it was a bit hot at night.

    Nice hotel - great breakfast and extremely kind staff
    Close proximity to Christmas Markets and central Vienna. Great Gluten Free bread at breakfast. Very considerate staff
    Nothing - could only say small bad thing a very soft bed. But we prefer firm.
