The staff was exceptional well trained and helpful. I would give 5 star to the staff over there. Will surely recommend others too.

Just didnt like the location as it was very difficult for ua to reach the hotel. Proper roads were not there.

have been to taj and Meridien but this is not even a 2 star

worst location ever 4 kms of broken road not even up to the level of 3 star rooms full of spiders, expensive and uncooked food OYO rooms might be a better choice that too at a cheaper price paid 10k per night which wasnt even worth 3k that too 1.5 hrs away from bhimtal

Its just a new property , rooms and toilets are newly built

Overrated and overhyped property which is charging a bombshell for nothing . For 17000 per night you can get a 7 star property anywhere in india , property is actually 14 kms outside Mukhteshwar and road is very bad to property,travelling time is also a lot compared to nainital. Mosquitoes is a big problem , in morning there were hundreds of mosquitoes dead in toilet room and balcony. The hotel is newly built but i didnt understand why cant they put forged windows ( jali wale darwaze ) to avoid mosquitoes.. the toiletries given are below 1 star hotels that provide . Staff is nice and helpful, food was good but overall a hyped up property which is charging a lot than it deserves
