Very pleased with the accommodation apart from the seating and single beds.

Modern, clean and tidy. Spacious facilities.

The couches in the main living area were very uncomfortable and the single beds were also not good to sleep on for children or adults.

Stunning home with great extras like the pool table and table tennis, toys in the kids bedroom in a beautiful suburb,new world supermarket close by.Well suited for large family group with separate living areas which flowed really well

Simple, easy & very reasonably priced

Absolutely stunning condition and really nice modern deigned home with some cool personal touches like non intrusive artwork. The value proposition for the property at the time we rented / booked was extraordinary, it is by far one of the if not the nicest of the 6-7 odd air B&Bs we have rented and was also one of the cheapest & overall was by no small amount the best value for money the owners were super helpful when needed and left us alone otherwise, the home was warm & very very well equipped (little things like a coffee plunger, ping pong / pool tables, washing machine clothes horse & a nice TV go along way as-well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash being provided) and we also appreciated the owners willingness to extend our departure time by an hour.

Though the property was a 10/10 small improvements (if the owners wanted though I wouldnt bother to be honest) could be things like the beds are a little low to the ground, the black couches are a bit uncomfy (but I dont know why youd really be using them for extended periods of time) & the already awesome home theatre set up would benefit greatly from a cheap warehouse sound bar. Other then the addition of the sound bar to the home theatre setup however I personally wouldnt bother with anything else as the house is already pretty much perfect & at the time we rented it the value proposition was outstanding
