Responsive owners who are willing to help.

There are more than sufficient beds for 6 pax and the rooms are clean and comfy too. The kitchen is also well-equipped. There is even rice cooker!

Sadly, the apartment didnt provide a dryer to dry our clothes. Some of our washed clothes were not dry on the last day and we had to pack them to the airport.

Fantastic-recommend it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The house was large and comfy and it had a great outdoor living area with bbq. The bedrooms were a great size with big wardrobes and beautiful decor. Lovely clean bathrooms. A great house for many to sleep. It had a chrome cast so that was handy too. A family member who lives in Christchurch came to visit and wanted your number for guests he had coming to stay as he was impress with the house/ size and location.

Although the house was very clean overall and welcoming- my Mother in-law found chewing gum on the bed lamp. Only minor detail but thought you should know. I feel the house could do with a pair of scissors- several times I needed a pair and had to try and use a knife instead. The biggest problem and what we found very frustrating were the windows. We had to get the host to show us how to open the sliding door as Ive never come across anything like it. We also went to shut a window just as we were leaving for my sons wedding and it took FIVE adults spending over 15 minutes trying to shut it! You should be able to close a window and walk off. In the end I had to ring the host as we had booked transportation and needed to get to the wedding but one of my family finally got it shut so I didnt speak to anyone and hung up as we had to leave. We decided after that to NOT open any windows. They need seeing to as it was not just one door and window but several - all three different windows that we had open we had difficulties with. Besides the windows we loved the house.
