I wouldnt recommend this hotel and certainly wouldnt stay here again.
The location was good and the staff were friendly on checking in.
There was absolutely no hot water in our room. The staff were informed only to send two people to our room at separate times to look at the hot water taps. To absolutely no avail. No apologies, no explanations just nothing.

Overall experience was good, one of the recepcionist was helpful with us. I quite liked the Spa as well.
I didn't like the breakfast. There was no choices of salamies, sausage or eggs. There were many sweet things what I don't like for breakfast. Our room was too cold.

Location is good, close to airport, bus & train station and central, many restaurants and cafes nearby. Mattress was comfortable
First of all, check in was very slow despite that it was only me at that time to check in. Room was not what it appears on pictures Cleanliness was not upto mark Bathroom was just ok,, towels were very worn out and could have been washed properly to look whiter. My initial room , AC was not working, fridge was not working ( may be for days) as when I opened it, it was smelly,, so I asked reception to change, which they did kindly, however in new room, toilet flush tank was leaking though got it fixed after 2 days Breakfast was just ok,, not many options, and cups provided were not very clean and few cups had their edges broken Room size ok Lighting in room was poor, can be improved i would think twice before booking it again unless things get improved

During my check-in, the receptionist persist that I had to pay cash now before he finished his shift at 6pm . I told him that I hadn't enough cash and I can pay by card . He refused. I had to go out with my heavy hand bag to find cash machine. .this is not acceptable at all . I reported that Heather not working. He said that he will come to reset it . Never turn up .No signal in tv .
