The hotel offers a warm pool, clean and spacious rooms, and a free shuttle service. The breakfast is delightful, and the spa treatments are a must-try. The location is a bit far from the city, but it offers a peaceful and spacious oasis. Some areas of the hotel may need upgrading. Overall, highly recommended.

Good location Friendly staff Nice pools

The hotel provided you with only 3 free coffee pods during your stay. You had to pay for any extra ones, which I thought was a poor show for such a smart hotel! It was certainly not the case in our previous hotel! Furthermore, the addition of a kettle in the room would have been most useful to allow one to have an early morning cup of tea! The breakfast room needs updating. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Nice pools but awful room

The pool areas are really nice

The room (English Room) was absolutely awful. The worst hotel room Iv stayed in. The decor for a 5 star hotel is horrendous. The bathroom flooded twice, the tiles are purple and bright green! Theres no wonder they dont put it on their website. On the day of check out, the cleaner just walked in to our room at 8am waking us up. Why? When we were checking out at 10am. The pool areas are the only nice part of this hotel.

A wonderful place to go to and enhanced our visit to Marrakech.

From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome. The whole experience of the hotel and staff was magical. Everybody from the head chef through to the front desk were great. Even had great support with my questions before we arrived for the stay.
