    An oasis of calm placed perfectly to explore the Old Medina
    The joys of Islamic architecture and a good Riad means that you can stay in somewhere truly beautiful without breaking the bank! The lobbies, terraces and rooftop areas at Riad Palais Sebban are absolutely gorgeous, while the rooms are super peaceful, quiet and comfy. The location, meanwhile, is incredible. You're only a 5-10 minute walk from the main square and the souks, but despite your proximity to the chaos of the old medina, the Riad itself is an oasis of calm! Once you turn down the beautiful old alleys leading to the property, the sound seems to disappear. I find it amazing that somewhere so central could be so tranquil. The staff are super helpful too, and I definitely recommend pre-arranging transfers to/from the airport. Not only does this guarantee a set price and reliable driver, but you also get guided to the Riad, which is tucked away down some narrow alleys and would be tricky to find on your own!

    We had no complaints at all during our stay, but I would say that the breakfast is a little underwhelming. Lacking a tiny bit in both variety and quality, although the fresh orange juice was delicious!

    The most beautiful riad we have stayed in Maroc. Nice room and decor across all halls and rooms. Good beddings and facilities.
    Expensive. Breakfast is slow in refilling stuff and giving drinks such as orange juices. Gotta ask multiple times.

    The yard was beautiful and the rooftop was nice.
    The room was lack of equipments. It was dark and the bed was not so comfortable. The most thing was that you can smell the food from the whole riad which was not okay. The breakfast was so bad. I didn't have any options to choose from buffet they provided because it was so poor. Part of the riad was under maintenance which was a little bit dusty.

    Gorgeous building but tiny room
    The building is stunning. Traditional riad with beautiful ornate decoration. The roof terrace perfect to enjoy the afternoon sun and a cosy fire in the bar for the evening when it's cold outside. Despite the central location it was very quiet and could even barely hear the call to prayer. The staff, in particular the bar staff, were all very friendly and welcoming.
    Despite paying for a deluxe room we were given a tiny room barely bigger than the double bed. No information was shared about the hotel facilities or the local area.

    Most gorgeous riad in Marrakesh!
    Absolutely stunning hotel, everything is so beautiful, brilliant location youre walking distance from all the key sites!
    Nothing really - if I had to be picky, most staff were friendly but I felt reception could have been a bit more attentive for a 5 star hotel.

    A beautiful instafriendly palais just inside the Medina .
    A beautiful old palais very close to the square and the souks. We had a big beautiful room on second floor.
    It was very cold at night. All electric things like the AC and the TV is outdated but we had no need for it, so it didnt bother us.
