The Adam Park Marrakech Hotel & Spa received mixed reviews. One guest had a lovely stay with excellent service and staff, highly recommending the hotel. However, another guest found the service in th (Read More)e dining areas lacking and the staff sullen. They also experienced slow service and a lack of towels. Additionally, the loud music at the pool and expensive food and drink prices were disappointing. Some guests would have preferred a closer location to the Medina.

Good

For a one night stay, it was effective.

The staff at reception was very professional and effective checking us in.

I had the buffet for dinner, which at 250 dirhams was lackluster with not much variety. The rice tasted like it was burnt. The selections for dessert were icy cold and felt like they had just been taken from the freezer. The room was good and comfortable but the bathroom had no shower rails and water was just everywhere. The room was cold with no way to regulate the room temperature. It might be a good idea if the website was revised to indicate that a shuttle to the airport is no longer available and instead a private taxi at 200 dirhams is available. A bit steep for what was a 9 min drive to the airport.

Superb

Very Nice hotel and Quality services and Amenities

Hotel is quite Clean, restaurants of Quality food and facilities were also really nice. Easily considered for next time stay and spacious rooms

For water we need to pay extra and it was expensive. Its basic need and could have been offered for free (With certain limit on daily). Rest all were really good.

Good but need some adjustment

A decent hotel, which meets my expectations every time. good value for money. a large swimming pool, decent buffet for breakfasts. the hotel is large and the rooms are spacious.

The only small problem was the bed which was not in good condition. basically you have to replace the bedding because it's torn. some difficulties to sleep but we manage it for one night. But a 5 star is not supposed to have this kind of problem.

Amazing

Overall hotel was very nice and clean. Location is good as well but not exactly where the main food and malls but not far away and easily commutable. Good breakfast and staff was excellent.

Swimming pool could have been heated as its little difficult in winter if there is not an inside pool.

Marrakesh is beautiful city with rich culture to explore.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was very good and lots of choices to choose from. Beautiful pool surrounded with lovely garden.

The location was a bit too far from the center of Marrakesh. And the hotel was a bit over priced.

Great Hotel- Great Location - Great Staff

Sana - The guest relations manager was superb and was very helpful- She communicated well in English which made it a lot easier. The hotel was great Location, the staff was accommodating and great. The Prestige Suite was nice and spacious plus the breakfast was amazing.

Stunning hotel, great location

The hotel was beautiful, loads of restaurants, large pool and entertainment area's, leisure lounges and reception was very pleasant. Check in was easy.

Good value with high standard of facilities

Breakfast was good including both hot and cold options. The room was clean and comfortable. There were eating options nearby and a shopping mall within 5 minutes walk.

The only thing was that the ATM in the lobby was out of order.
