great start, poor finish

on arrival we were met by lovely staff that were very welcoming

breakfast staff was poorly trained so they were unsure on gluten free needs and served food that contained gluten after advising it did not contain any. they then returned the breakfast with the gluten products removed so we were left with a tomato. a mushroom and a poached egg, and they told us they put it on a smaller plate so it does not look so bad. I did email morgans twice to complain but received nothing back which is also disappointing.

NYE Trip

Staff were so friendly and helpful lovely size room.

Unfortunately our bathroom sink was partially blocked which made washing hands/ face / teeth a little tricky as it would take ages for the water to go down. However they let us use the facilities in another room so can't really fault.

Beautiful features in the main hotel. We stayed in the townhouse in the attic room it was gorgeous

Superb 2 night stay at the morgans hotel

Everything was great at this hotel. Room was a good size plenty of space.. Bed was a king-size which was great. Bathroom was exceptional shower was fantastic. Parking directly opposite hotel. All staff very friendly.

Very close to main hotel - warm and comfortable.

We were not allowed to park in the hotel car park so had to pay for parking. Y these seems strange when you pay over 150 for a room.

Lovely hotel in central Swansea

We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite which was amazing. A huge room on the top floor with a sofa and tv area. A very large bed, and an enormous bathroom with his and hers showers and a big bath for sharing. Bottled water was provided everyday, plus tea and coffee pods. Free parking was really convenient in the exclusive car park opposite the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable

We had Xmas day lunch in the restaurant- the food quality was average (rock hard sprouts) and as we were finishing our dessert, the staff started carrying tables out of the dining room and piling up the chairs next to us which I thought was very rude and unprofessional .
