Good value for money, nice and relaxing time for families.

I recomend for families. We were her at Christmas, the outside pool is heated to 30 degrees celsius, our kids loved the kids club and I enjoyed the extra activities with the animation team. Hotel is in a nice location, close to the center. The food does get repetitive.

The rooms could use a bit refreshing and if you book an excursion with the hotel is double the prive.

There is a heated swimming pool outside. The hotel staff are very nice, especially Mouacl at the reception, who is very enthusiastic to help solve various problems.

Being an all-inclusive hotel, there are very few activities at the hotel.

Great value, good food, clean room

The staff were very welcoming, cheerful and polite. The room was big and clean, the food was very tasty. The facilities, including a heated pool, were very nice.

This is not related to the hotel but unfortunately, in Medina city center there are many scammers. Hope someday they can resolve this issue.
