Very good

The place is clean and the wifi is working well The host replies very fast so it was easy to communicate We could park the car in the garage

The water for the shower is cold so it's ok for few days but no more

Very good overnight stay with outside dogs barking sleep.

Very good value accommodation locate just outside of downtown, easy to go everywhere. The room is clean, the king bed is very firm without any noise at night when I lie on the bed. Also,There is a shared kitchen you can cook your food. It good for male solo trailer long stay.

Good budget option

For small budgets, a good option if you need the minimal comfort (but still with AC and a kitchen). The rooms are of a good size and it is clean. The lady was quick to answer our messages on WhatsApp. I dont know how it would have worked without internet though

The area is nor ideal nor nice but there are accesses to colectivos. Walking to Parque las Palapas takes 30 min so it is ok. The court inside the hotel looks a bit sad but practical to cook outside.

Owner was helpful, good for the money but...

it was a huge repair in the next room, someone was listening really loud music till 3:00 and making extreme noise. water pressure is super weak and generally it looks better on the photos. I would not stay here more than for 1 night

Clearly rip-off cheating deceiving hotel, collaborated wo

No hot water. Almost zero tv/ cable reception. Toilet clogged and outflow. Inconvenient bad location with drunks. No check in/out procedures/records. Zero front desk and no staff. 50% more charges than Booking.com listed, ie 6% resort fee, 100 peso daily service fee, fabricated more taxes. A close by, much better hotel, Santa Maria per Bkg.com, charges 50% less as listed per Bkg.com.

cheap rooms with hot showers nice clean bed and tv!

reviews are purely ones perspective. we hate the tourist trap hotel district so we stayed here at the real Cancn its run well and has parking for your rental car in the garage you just need to ask for the key. its everything you need for a safe comfortable stay. I suggest google street viewing the place before you go - it was super easy to find doing this ahead of time based on other reviews. If you are laid back practical and dont get spooked of real culture then stay here! we felt 100% safe! Chris and Devi from Vancouver Canada

Fanastic Apartment in a Local Area of Cancun

The apartment was clean, quiet and relaxing. It's situated in a local district of Cancun but still close to many good restaurants. There's an excellent communal kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The manager of the property is very nice.

There was no hot water in the shower. But this is only a very minor issue as cold showers were fine.
