Best stay in my trip compared to the other accomodations we rented during the trip

I travelled with my wife, son and mother-in-law. I liked that we could have our own privacy upstairs and my mother-in-law could sleep downstairs. Received a welcome gift which was a surprise. A lot of essentials were there and the layout was well thought out

Inside of the property was clean but the outside like the airer could do with some cleaning. Also I couldn't find the Rinse aid for the dishwasher.

Well placed for exploring Banks Peninsula. Nature Reserve and windsports area along the street. Close to Lyttleton and easy access into Christchurch. Excellent facilities, private parking and lovely gardens surrounding the house

A great place that catered for all our needs. Thank you.

The location was great. Had spacious rooms and with having off street parking it felt quite secure. The facilities were everything we needed with dishwasher, washing machine 2 bathrooms and extra toilet.

We struggled with working out how to use the oven and couldn't find a manual, having instructions available would have been very helpful.

Very good

Nice spacious accommodation which suited our needs very well.

There were 3 toilets. Two bedrooms downstairs made it easy for those who had difficulty going up and down the stairs.

Electric blankets in the downstairs bedrooms would have been nice especially as the sheets were quite cold. The upstairs rooms were a bit smellymay need some air fresheners to take away the stale smell.

The place was tidy, the beds comfy, the heating well sufficient to keep us all comfortable.

The washing machine didnt work, neither did the WiFi but it should be said that the hosts did all they could to help get everything sorted.

A great base

The people that run this place are so helpful and very friendly. I liked that this house has a washing machine and dryer. 2 full bathrooms and a 3rd toilet in the laundry area was fantastic. When members of the group were showering but someone else needed the toilet, it was no problem.
