We would stay there again.

Very close to the beach and easy to get into Christchurch with the bus. Room was spacious and quiet.

Perfect spot for walks on the beach.

Very special location on the waterfront in Sumner, just a short ride to funky Lyttleton. Spacious, comfortable room with updated bathroom. Coffee and tea self service.

It seemed like the owner was unhappy with our leaving used coffee cups in the common sink but there wasnt any dish soap or sponge available.

Exelcellent location, beautiful home, private self contained area upstairs with amazing views!

The location was excellent, we absolutely loved Sumner Beach. Beautiful restored home, so tasteful and comfortable, with the most amazing views over the beach. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly, we felt relaxed being in their home. It's great that the upstairs accommodation is self contained and private, so even though you are in someone's home, it doesn't feel awkward at all. We would love to go back some time in the future.

I can't think of anything that could be improved.
