The high tea and strawberry couple spa are highly recommended, and the food and drinks are great. Sound insulation and TV upgrades could be improved, but the hospitality and breakfast are excellent. Overall, it is a good experience.

nice night view and environment ~

the toilet is stuck when we receive our room, have to wait for the maintenance to come and the receptionist forgot to ask the cleaner to clean the toilet floor as per requested and the breakfast is meh

It was great but they should have more services considering their location.

Great and the room was amazing! The staff were also very friendly.. Great Breakfast and hospitality shown. Would have been perfect if had room service.

It was too pricey as the location was not near town. And there wasn't room service available for 24hrs as the location is hard to find food through grab or any platform. Would appreciate if they have room service.

Nice hotel but super noisy

The hotel is perfect, the personnel is impeccable and the food is good

The road just down the hotel was very very noisy, even late at night. And the windows were not double glazing. I think a hotel of that standing should do more in terms of sound proofing, especially considering they know they are on a very noisy road. Overall we slept very badly

Loved the rooms and was very peaceful

The stay was overpriced as the property still faces the main road which makes it noisy at night. Food options are limited and breakfast needs to be a buffet to make it more efficient.

The hotel is located in the heart of Cameron Highlands and only 3 km from bus station.

In general the hotel brings the spirit of the old times. However, the general cleaners of the rooms and hotel might be better.

Georgeous hotel- feels so much like Europe.

Exceptional service. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Delicious food. Well maintained rooms.

Nothing to dislike really. But next time we stay I probably wouldn't book a junior suite. The upstairs standard rooms are just as nice and have bigger balconies.

Pure Bliss

Everyone was extremely accommodating - allowing us to change our tour schedule and making changes to the menu for special dietary requirements. Our group of four felt very special, and had such a great time at the hotel. The wonderful staff paid attention to detail and made everything comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was rather quiet during our stay, just the random motorbike whizzing by which did not bother us at all. The interiors are beautiful with fireplaces at the lounge and balconies in the rooms, with plenty of couches to just sit and enjoy a nice drink and while the time away. I would definitely love to stay at the resort again and try out all the activities that our group hasn't had the time to do.

Wifi was a little choppy but I wanted to stay offline most of the time so that worked out for me.
