The is potential for improvement

Staff friendliness

Fan dirty, aircon not working, no towels, sheets were wet and asked that they are changed limited toilet paper in the room. The most dangerous is that the room 2 were I put up does not lock from inside, this not safe anything can happen while sleeping.

I booked on booking.. Com for two nights for R1450. 00, but the owner made me pay extra of 450.00 and I was not happy why I booked online but later I must pay extra as I booked for 4 people

Good

The lady Ivy was friendly. I did not struggle to get to the venue. The address was accurate.

The room does not smell so good. There were insects on the beds like spiders and a small lizard. I'm not sure how it got under the pillow. The linen was not changed until we left. We used the same towels for 5 days . The remote gave us trouble during rainy days we spent about 5 minutes at the gate trying to open it.

I like everything about the place is quite area, clean and access to the shops and transport but please change the pillows my pillows where dirty. Beside pillows i was happy with everything.
