Clean, sweet host, horrible location!

The apartment was clean There were plenty of towels. The host was very sweet. She was very responsive and accommodating.

The location was not convenient if you are trying to visit boston! The train station was not close but was closed any ways. We had to uber everywhere. The apartment has a less than appealing smell and the beds except for the kind were extremely uncomfortable. It was hot, the thermostat would let us adjust but then would somehow default back to 78

The apartment was cute and clean. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was spacious. We liked 90-Boston.

The parking lot was tight and the view from the upper balcony was of dumpsters in the parking lot.

Too many narrow stairs to climb w/lots of luggage & the price was too high for unbearable beds

It was spacious and beautiful BUT THE BEDS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE especially when the SPRINGS ARE CREAKING AND STICKING YOU IN THE BACK all night. THE TV did not work and we stayed 2 nights which was frustrating because we couldn't watch any programs.

THERE WERE NO HOOKS in the bathroom to hang bath towels on and it was very difficult with 6 people to use the 1 bathroom which did not have enough shelf space to put our cosmetic bags and medicines out. The fire alarm kept going off and we had to call the manager the first night but did not come then. But they did finally come the next day but not until late in the evening and then the TV still did not work correctly but they got the SMOKE ALARM To stop beeping

Disappointing

Overpriced, advertised for way too many people, small apartment that should realistically fit 6-8

Ample street parking

Completely overpriced dorm-style housing with locked individual rooms, not at all homey, advertised for way more people than it can realistically hold (ie there are only 6 chairs at the dining table, not enough mugs); showers only have a flimsy plastic curtain, kitchen has a ragtag assortment of utensils/pots/pans, only ONE stove burner worked, the rest you had to manually light. Entryway and stairway dingy and not clean. No real upkeep (bed had a ladder rungs loose, drawers don't slide easily, things just felt banged up and uncared for).

Great place for the price. Not too far from anything.

Everything was as expected, clean, well maintained. Parking was easy.

View off back balcony was of trash in the parking lot.

A pleasant stay

The rooms are clean and spacious. Kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. Parking is available. Very comfortable for family.

There was no laundry detergent even though the host said there would be.

Great safe and clean apartment!

Very clean and spacious apartment. We were six (4 adults and 2 children), we had access to 2 rooms and slept very comfortably. It is close to everything (Fenway, public garden, the beach)!

We had heavy luggage so getting to the 3rd floor was a bit difficult! But its on us! ;-)
