    Cosy and a fantastic spot in a lovely town.
    A great location with a good parking spot off the road, just a few minutes walk to the shops and pubs but in a lovely quiet street. The room was nice and warm with everything you need and the breakfast was great value for money. A really good weekend in Buxton even with all the snow

    Overall a very pleasant stay in a beautiful spa town.
    The breakfast was fine., although it would have been nice to have a meatier big sausage rather than chipolatas. Two slices of toast would have been nice with the poached eggs the poached eggs although the poached eggs were just right. As we were doing a Victorian Ball in the Pump Room the location was perfect.
    The sausages could have been tastier but the tomatoes were done very well and beautifully prepared. I also loved the choice of biscuits that were provided in the room and the bed was very comfortable which is what you want after a long drive up the motorway.

    Very nice place to stay.Cold outside but warm inside.Realy good breakfast looking forward to going next year when we go to shows at opera House.Thanks for your hospitality.

    Won't go to that property again
    Female host was friendly. Good location
    TV didn't work when we first got there. Woman host was apologetic. Called her husband who made it feel like it was our fault. Not great first impression really. The room was dated as well( stuck in the 80's). Considering the amount of stuff people need plugs for nowadays there were not enough. Dissapointing first day.

    Green Lane was fine for what we needed. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was lovely.
    We were in room No 8. The only fault was the fact that our toilet was so low down.
