Very large apartment with great kitchen and tv in every room

The location of the apartment is not as published in Booking. There is car wash next to the house and it makes lot of noise during the day. There is a cell tower few feets from the house outside of the window of the rooms.

Great stay for group or family travelers without vehicle size issues!

Wow! What a great set up for a group stay experience! This property has single baths for 3 of the 4 bedrooms, not just the master! The layout of the place was perfect for staying with my sisters kids, them upstairs & my husband & I tucked quietly downstairs! The house was clean & generously appointed with everything we could have needed in our short stay! The owner/property manager was very attentive and friendly. And the property welcomed my furry travel companion as well! I would definitely stay again

I only have one issue, the parking. This would absolutely be a non-issue, as the property has an attached garage for renters, except I have a very LARGE extended cab, long bed, 1 ton truck! There was NO possible way for us to use the garage & there were ZERO accommodations or other options available to us. Take in the fact that its not the greatest area, busy street right at the freeway on-ramp, and we were doomed! We were towed twice!! (Yes TWICE) despite being parked in area not clearly marked as being in violation, and others (obviously residents) were parked similarly but not towed! While the host was sympathetic, they could/would not accommodate other arrangements on the property (very strict guidelines that include towing and fines if you park outside your assigned accommodation - which was violated by the second night adjacent renters btw). Ultimately, this parking issue cost me a grand that seriously put a bummer on the trip & my pocketbook! I mention it here to hopefully save another from this experience!

We had a good stay.

Spacious, it has 3 levels and 4 bedrooms to suit the whole families. Each room has a tv, kitchen is fully equipped.

The garage instruction is a bit stressed for us.

This house is located perfectly for people who plan to go out visiting sites. Lots of room to relax when you get back.

It is very roomy and the beds were so comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom! The kitchen is really nice and spacious with a fridge with water/ice (nice touch). It is centrally located and was easy to drive to many sites without planning mega drive on the freeways. We went to K-town, the Getty, Venice beach, Santa Monica and the observatory and all were easy to access. Also, it is 1/3 mi away from the an amazing panaderia (and Starbucks). I also felt safe and secure.

The townhouse is huge there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have some privacy. The beds are super comfortable and we loved the TVs in the bedrooms. All in all a fantastic place!!
