Great view from the hotel overlooking Badulla.

I book my hotels and guest houses based on the scores they get from previous visitors. Although this was not a terrible place and the staff were not bad people there is no way this could ever get the high score it gets. On it's best day it gets a 7. I'm not tearing this place to pieces because as a place to lay your head its dry and has a great view. Its proximity to the train station was also in its favour. However it's all down hill to the station down a narrow twisty unlit road making it impossible to actually walk to unless you are backpackers. We are 60 years old! We are not actually very fussy people and I think if you want very simple accommodation then this is ok but maybe a bit of realism is required when scoring accommodation of this type. Honestly I'm so sorry to be saying this as the manager there was a nice man but you cant be knocking 5 star hotels down as terrible for such things as cold breakfast and giving these places a 10 because they were nice to you.

Good staff Hot shower Lovely roof terrace with kettle

Small dirty room, we perked into other rooms and they looked very much better. Room next to reception so very noisy. Avoid room 101 (!) on the third floor. Ask for a room on the 4th floor Nasty inflatable sofa that deflated

Best view and also very friendly worker named Mr.Daya. He arrange us tasty foods.thay never disturb u.

We only gave one towel for two persons for four days.and also not a dustbin inside the room.and no kettle inside.if u want to make a tea u must go to upper.and u cant drink alcohol near view point.if u want drink beer or whatever u must drink inside the room and u cant smoke.

Nice place to chill

The view overlooking the town was very nice, the staff were very kind and helpful, collected us from the railway station at 20:30 and took us to a restaurant to collect some food.

No provision for food, nearest restaurants were over a mile away down in the town. Bathroom wasnt clean and had a bad odour.

The view from the rooftop is amazing.

The bathrooms were not clean, a lot of insects in the room. There is no breakfast available.

Good price..excellent situation..rooftop facilities with stunning views...Pathirana the owner is an excellent fellow...charming and helpful...will always come back to 360 when I'm in Badulla...price is pretty good as well...highly recommended if you want something a little different

NO INTERNET . They say they provided Wifi for the price but never happened

Outside of the hotel is great , 3 kilometres from the centre.

I requested to have a wifi to call my family overseas . At the end we paid 18 USD without any internet. We didn't have any other expectations except that. If you guys need internet don't go to that place. At the end they didn't even come back to apologise of what was mentioned on booking of what they couldn't fix
