The location, very clean and attentive staff. House is pretty and kept in great condition.

The garden suite is actually in the basement and there is no warning of that. This "suite" is over priced. While it is nice to have the space, there is one AC unit for the whole basement and no vents in the bedrooms. Therefore you need to blast the AC in the living room leaving that room freezing and hope the air gets to your bedroom. The bedrooms then need to be slept with the door open. There is a grinder pump that goes off and is super loud. Basement is obviously also dark and you need lights on during the day. The breakfast was the same every day with the options being just a waffle, pancake and eggs. For many nights here this gets very old. We have never seen a B&B that doesn't have fruit, muffins, bagels, etc. when we asked for these things we were told no. We have been to many B&Bs and they always start with fruit, yogurt then the meal which always changes. For the price the breakfast was disappointing. Also no wine or treats in the afternoon which is commonplace at all high end b&bs we stay at. But not here.

Beautifully remodeled Victorian house.

The included breakfast prepared in a neighboring property arrived lukewarm. Broken wooden toilet seat was unexpected especially for the price of the hotel.

Beautifully restored old home. Perfect location to downtown shopping and eating! so very clean and every detail in the room completely thought out! PLUS private chef on the premises served amazing breakfast! Delish!!! staff so very accommodating!!! Id go back in a heartbeat!!!!

Wonderful experience

Kind and welcoming staff that went above and beyond to care for my daughter and I during a lacrosse tournament at the Naval Academy. Perfect location, impeccably clean with many features such as coffee & night cap areas in the parlor; hot breakfast by Miguel in the lovely kitchen, easy access to rooms with code/keypads, beyond comfortable beds, high-end fixtures in bathroom, and just an overall sense of home. It was like staying at your best friends house.

Extremely nice boutique hotel in a perfect location

134 Prince is a special place. We loved staying there for 5 nights during the fall Sailboat show, which is located one block away. Super conveniently located for the show, but also it's right in the middle of the beautiful historical district, by the water. The hotel is a gorgeously renovated 170+ year old house, with lots of beautiful original details. We stayed in the Regatta suit which is on the top floor at the front of the house. Nicely furnished and very a pretty bathroom with a huge marble shower. The only thing we missed were more hooks or towel racks around the zink. Very nice toiletries from Herms and the towels are so plush and soft, I ordered a set from the same brand for my home, before we even checked out. It can be noisy from the streets outside, people going home from the bars in the area, but the noise machine on the bed side table helped with that issue on the weekend. Bed is super comfortable and the bedding is very nice. Staff is extremely helpful, competent and nice. We loved the breakfasts Miguel custom-made for us (we are vegetarians) and the Nespresso machine in the front parlor was perfect to be able to use in the afternoons. In the front parlor there is also a cabinet with a nice selection of whiskeys and port for guests' complimentary use. A very nice touch! We will be sure to stay here again if we travel back to Annapolis again. Thank you!

Fabulous

Incredibly comfortable. And the warmth of the host and staff. Elegantly appointed. And it was wonderful to meet fellow guests at breakfast and happy hour.

We couldnt figure out how to adjust the fan speed in our room. This was .00000001 percent minor compared to how wonderful it all was.
