false commitments
I had applied for Dubai Visa with this company and its owner Mr. Ankit Malhotra. He will do alot of false commitments. I had face loss of 60thousand because of their false commitments and unable to de (Read More)liver Visa on time. I applied Visa on 18th and I did not get it even on 22nd september. My travel date was 23rd. Generally Dubai Visa is processed in 24 hours or max 48 hours but I could not get it even in 120hours. When asking about Rejection proof, he and her colleague Vidhushi informed us that ur Visas arent rejected they are on hold due to one of your members passport immigration check fail issue(that member is retired Government official) and that somehow got resolved the next afternoon so quickly. Ankit's knowledge about passports is also dangerous. He did not even know the fact that ECR checks could exist on the second page of the passport. He did not even asked for any other page except passports first and last page. At the airport one of our passenger was denied travel because of missing OTB, to which Mr Ankit's reply was I can't help it either request airlines or send your passenger home. He lacks professionalism and has no knowledge about the business. Please be aware of this company. Don't fall prey to Mr Ankit. I have been asking Mr. Ankit Malhotra for my Visa details, application date, proof of reason of delay but he is just ignoring it from past 15days. He has blocked my number on WhatsApp and has restricted me to comment on his FB page. I am writing it here for everyone to be aware of this company. Because of their carelessness and half knowledge I faced lot of problems and monetary loss of more than 60k. I doubt they did not even applied my Visa on time.
