Horrible experience
Trip to Munnar
Mr.Anoop of Travenz collected the full amount of Rs.18000 from me by the first week of May itself, but did not pay the amount to the boat house. When we reached Allapey it was very embarrassing for us (Read More) to hear that our money was not paid and hence we cannot avail the boat service. I suffered a lot with my kid and parents because of this irresponsible guy. Till today he has not repaid my amount. Kindly do not recommend Travenz to anyone else and spoil the vacation.
