Worst experience ever
The house boat arranged was the worst
No itnery was given
No proper food
House boat was not clean
No current in house boat
But still this house boat was oly boooked an (Read More)d they said it's the best for the amount we payed
We payed 10000 plus for Tis worst service
We are not satisfied and wil never come back to this company for anything

The arrangements made for hotel and cab were good done by Traveltoons through tripcrafters. Anyone can use this facility confidently.

I would give 3.8 stars out of 5. I had booked 4 days package, First two days stay in Munnar was good. On Day3 stay in House Boat was mediocre and not satisfactory. We had asked us to accommodate till (Read More)3pm on day 4, but driver hesitant to take us anywhere. we dropped at station by 1.45. that was a disappointment. Last 2 days was not up to the mark.

I liked the service but they could have given more information regarding the currency exchange that I would need and tips about how I can save FX commissions. It would also be good if they give a clea (Read More)r time table of when I should make the payments for hotel and when I would receive the Hotel Vouchers. I paid early and waited more than a month for the hotel vouchers which made me anxious. I understand the resort will only issue the vouchers 1 or 2 weeks before date of stay but if I had known it earlier I might have had some peace of mind
