I had booked tickets with them for my parents and my sister's parents in law.
I had booked tickets with them for my parents and my sister's parents in law. The trip was from New Delhi to Detroit, Columbus which was a connecting flight via Frankfurt, Germany. Now due to delays, (Read More)I had to cancel those tickets because Jet Airways stopped operating by then so the other International airlines had to face the heavy load of Indian customers. Now, I asked them to book a direct flight from New Delhi to Columbus, price of which, were cheaper than our previous flights. Now, I demanded a refund from him for the difference amount. All this happened 4 months ago, and these guys haven't paid me anything as yet. They keep assuring me that they will process the refunds, but till date, no money has been refunded. So kindly request you to save your time, money and effort by strictly avoiding these people and not make any bookings with them.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF LIFETIME
please find the below discrepancy with travel triangle & travel shopE. I had done my booking for my singapore trip booking id 1739993 on travel triangle with the travel agency Travel shopE, with expec (Read More)tation of a sense of commitment & surety that I will be given all the things & activities which I have been said of in the travel triangle portal, but at the time of travel days I was not given many of the things which was committed. The below mentioned list are the activities which have been committed & assured by you & have not been provided to me.
1) Gratuity for Dream cruise - 80 Singapore dollars which I had to pay during my course of stay.
2) River safari.
3) Sea aquarium.
4) Gardens by the bay.
5) Singapore flyer.
It was my honeymoon trip & Mr Rajat & Mr Ranjan Of travel ShopE Ruined it. Please never come in their lucrative commitments which are always going to be false at the end.

Worst experience
The team was quite pathetic with very little knowledge of places. Our HongKong trip had to be shifted to Macau because of them. Even then there was huge communication gap, the itinerary they send and (Read More)the one in the Macau send was different. Even if you ask them to send documents they take days to respond and its irritating to talk to this team. We choose a travel agency so that we dont have to go through all the nuances of planning the whole travel, but here I made a huge mistake choosing them. Worst experience ever.
If anybody is choosing them, please make sure you do the homework of the region you are visiting instead of blindly following them.
