Trip to Ladakh, Leh
We were a group of 8 people and most were individual travellers who had never done a group tour before. We were working on a very tight budget and Vishal managed to pull a lot of strings to get us an (Read More)awesome price. He even helped us cancel a ticket at the last moment with very minimal charges. There were multiple changes in the flights and hotels from our end but he was very accommodating and fulfilled almost all our requests. There were some last moment changes from his end without prior intimation. The hotel we had frozen on for Leh was changed last minuted. Same with the camp we had selected for Pangong. The flight for one couple in the group going to BLR was changed from 1:30pm to 2:20pm again no prior initiation was given and at the last moment we had no choice but to accept it. However, I am told in a tour booking changes do happen. Moreover the price was so good we were willing to accommodate those small changes, which didn’t affect our trip in any way. The accommodation and flight were comparable to what we had selected. I would definitely recommend you try Sensible Travel Solutions at least once.

All hotels are good except Jessulkot in Jaisalmer. Trip planning is good. Vehicle condition and driver behaviour was very good. Only very poor hotel was provided in Jaisalmer. Swiss tent was just ok i (Read More)n Khuri. It could be much better. Need to maintain standard of travel package according to customer requirement.
