Dear Rajendra ji, You should tell all the things happened during the tour, Ritu and amit tried to sort your problem but you were the only person who is not getting not even trying to understand that car don't run in snow it gets slip, it can stuck anywhere we did everything to help you out, your hotel was far away and hotel roads were blocked due to heavy snow fall, there was no no chance reaching there, else going by chopper, We need money because you stayed you took the service of these place, hotel they are not running temples that they will not charge anything, Now come to the hotels we provided (due to road blockage we have to change Hotel in instant) everything was served at those hotels. and main thing these kind a customer ask for compensation and they will never mention here that we have asked for compensation and we got it from the company.

Dear Mr. Rahul, First of all i would like to introduce about Mr. Rahul, He already took our service and got a better service, in higher category (super deluxe). and recently they booked tour with us saying we want cheapest package for 3 person,we provided zara (Deluxe property not a luxury, you are the only 1 who budget is low and expectation was too high).and blaming Zara. we gave you option if want to cancel the trip and if you want higher category it will increase the prince. but he denied and 2nd thing we were unaware that you are in group of price if we would knowing this we would not have gave you package, everything was cleared to prince, about hotel, price Prince was the person who was cleared about package, Rahul was having higher expectation , Now it comes to Hotel Zara its a value for money hotel, you are the only person complaining about it. we changed your hotel 2 times still you decided to go back to Zara. and after taking 3 days of service mr. Rahul was talking about deducting package price. and we get to know from hoteliers that they misbehaved with hotel staff after getting drunk.

Dear Ramesh, Yes you are the only 1 who faced problem at the time of tour, we had booked every hotel as per schedule, and now let me tell you about Panna Paradise. it s 3 star property you are the only 1st person who didint liked it, Ms. Ritu video Called you regarding rooms were good, everything was mentioned in your tour itinerary that hotel is Super deluxe not luxury, we mentioned on hotel vouchers panna paradise room category not Luxury, Manali hotel vouchers luxury rooms, i think you didnt check vouchers and itinerary, its our mistake who provided you luxury rooms at Manali hotel, sightseeing which were not mentioned in itinerary driver served you that, instead of that you are not satisfied you were searching places in google, then why we have given you tour itinerary.we should have charged you more for that, and 32000 is value for money Delhi Agra delhi, Manali local hotels volvo for 4 person Delhi 2 time sightseeing, after reaching Manali you feedback was its awesome, you make our tour memorable. Our 10 of 7 guest stays at same hotel MP residency and Panna Paradise, there is no complaint from them. Thank you for your review.
