My Happy Journey
I had booked a 7 nights 8 days Kerala tour through these cheaters. We were allotted 2 drivers. Both of them were bad mannered, giving bad words,smoking on duty, not wearing uniform, rash driving, talk (Read More)ing loudly on the phone, giving bad words.They forced us to take paid jeep Safari, even though all the points were included in our itinerary. It is my request, please don't fall to paid reveiws they have been posting. Never book through MHJ. Please don't encourage them.

Excellent tour experience with your company I had a great time with my family in Singapore and KL the hotel was great for both the places. A small disappointed only bcz of the last minute change of it (Read More)inerary. The rest of the thing was asome.
Awesome trip to kerala
It was an amazing experience to kerala with my happy journey.
Hotels and houseboat were amazing. driver was also nice.

Totally upsetting
Trip to Kullu, Manali, Shimla
Had a very bad experience with happy journey. No customer friendly persons. No proper co ordination. We nwver negotiated at any part and said that we need the best hotels and package. With kids they c (Read More)hanged our plans a day before and said of we don't we would get with an accident(seriously is that the way anyone starts the trip). Very very poor selection of hotels. Ankit palace is more of a haunted place and unhygienic in all aspects. Have screenshots and recorded voice calls. Sent the tickets 2 months prior and the staff has relieved from company so they blamed us for not sending tickets. But when tgey Cn call so many times for payment why not for pr tickets. Worst itenary
our Kerala tour with My Happy Journey
Trip to Alappuzha (Alleppey), Munnar, Thekkady
We had booked our Kerala tour with My Home Journey with tour consultant Arindam / Kaushik. As soon as we got down at Ernakulam railway station, the driver after moving for a km or two, he stopped the (Read More)vehicle and demanded the balance of Rs.27,800 and we paid (Rs. 25,000 was paid in advance to My Happy Journey). After reaching Munnar - Nest Resort, we were welcomed by Cockroaches and Bedbugs. We asked for another room, the manager was not polite and asked us to speak to the tour operator (My Home Journey). While checking out of the Nest Resort, Munnar, our driver was packing the lugguage on the vehicle. The manager came running asking for two bathing towels that went missing somehow from the balcony which was kept for drying. He was asking for the baggage to be checked, which was not done because we paid Rs. 400. The manager allowed us to move. The Driver and Manager were giggling and laughing at that time. We tried to take a picture of the manager in our mobile, to which the manager (Nest, Munnar) got furious and called us goondas and threatened to call the police and also told us that this is Kerala, I will show you what is actual goondaism. The Driver was not allowing us to take fresh air every now and then. People were feeling nauseatic. In Continuous A/C we were feeling giddiness, thats why we wanted to take fresh air, but the driver was adamant. Being Kerala, they should know the importance of fresh Air. Even Ayurveda suggests 5 Great Elements. After that the Driver started talking to us rudely till we reached Cochin from Thekady. I was traveling with my whole family (6 Adults and 2 Kids).
