Booked a family trip of manali nd kasol,but they successfully ruined that, firstly, not booking hotels on time, stealing money for just 3km distance
Delhi to Manali trip
Hello Everyone- this is a very potential & essential information to you, and I want to share my experience of our Manali Trip.
Never to try go with this " Bhavesh Holiday" Address: A 270 gali No 20 (Read More), Sushant Vihar, Ibrahimpur, Delhi, 110036.
We have booked a package for team for 3 days, my entire tour wasted to calling to my agent "Vikash from Bhavesh Holidays" not only service of and arrangement was poor but they has also charge us un -ethically, driver ask us to visit the place which was as per package but later at the end of tour they said that you visited some of the place which was not in package. all the hotel and cab driver is booked by them hence they were not listing to us and forcefully ask us to pay the more amount of 3000/- per day.
Also hotel (you can say it lodge)was very pathetic and poor arrangement was there, (it was so called 3 star hotel) even we were struggling for water if required. no was there in night to help you for anything if you need even water or other thing.
Cab driver- was forcing us to do rafting, or paragliding or shopping from there given shop just like a broker.
we have complaint about this to travel agent but he was also bias and not listing to us. the behavior of agency / agent was not professional and after 4-5 times they just pick the call once.
also we have been told that Volvo bus will be provided but it was normal city bus, leg room was almost not there and it was 16 hrs journey.
better to go with some professional agency.
i have also log a formal compliant with Himachal tourism dept. about this agency. with all the recording and artifacts - waiting for their response.
This tour will be always memorable like a rubbish memory.
